The homeowner’s approached us with a conventional set of plans, and during our preconstruction services we upgraded the design with regards to energy-efficiency and thermal comfort. Our careful planning and suggested incorporation of higher quality materials made for a greener, more sustainable home. We proudly used top-of-the line rain screen and insulation, as well as sound dampening insulation, conditioned attics, mechanical ventilation and a large array of photovoltaic paneling. This is an excellent example of a modern, high performance home built on a great budget.
